The internal space is 18 inches tall and 15 inches wide and lined with robust hook-and-loop panels, so you build the compartments around your own gear rather than working around someone else's foam cut-outs.
It is large enough to hold an Explore Scientific 102 Essential Series or FCD100 Series telescope with the focuser removed, or an Essential Series 80 mm or FCD-100 80 mm with the focuser left installed.
If you are carrying a 102 mm tube, choose the 102mm option: Explore Scientific supplies three thumb screws at no extra cost that replace the Allen set screws holding the focuser in place, so you can pull the focuser by hand at the car instead of hunting for a hex key in the dark.
