How It Works
Build the Order
Add every unit you need. The summary shows which tier you are in and what you would save.
We Confirm Pricing
We check stock with the manufacturer and shipping across the whole order, then send a firm quote — usually within one business day.
Approve and Schedule
Accept the quote and we schedule the shipment, split across addresses if you need that.
Common Questions
Does the tier apply per order or per year?
Per order. The tier is based on the value of the single order you are placing.
Does shipping count toward the tier?
No. Tiers are calculated on the product subtotal, before shipping.
Do the units have to be identical?
No. Mix telescopes, eyepieces, mounts and filters freely — the tier is based on the order total, not on quantity of any one item.
Can I ship to more than one address?
Yes. Tell us in the notes and we will quote each destination on the same order.
Do you go better than 10%?
On genuinely large orders, ask. The published tiers are the floor, not the ceiling.
