The Lunt 60mm Solar Ready Kit centres on the LS60MT, a modular instrument with a 70mm FLP51 ED doublet objective at 420mm f/6. In solar mode the internal pressure tuned etalon delivers a verified 0.45 angstrom bandpass over a 60mm hydrogen-alpha aperture. Remove the solar module and the same tube works as a night time refractor.
All three trims share a 2 inch dual speed rack and pinion focuser with 10:1 fine focus, ZWO EAF compatibility and 55 to 60mm of travel, so motorised focusing and camera trains are supported from the start. The Standard trim pairs a B600 blocking filter with a 16mm flat field eyepiece and a 4 inch dovetail.
Enhanced moves up to a B1200 blocking filter with 12mm of clear aperture and swaps the fixed eyepiece for a 7.2 to 21.5mm zoom. Premium Plus keeps the B1200 and adds the LS50FHa front mounted double stack filter for a combined bandpass under 0.28 angstroms, along with a 6 inch dovetail for balance.
